Fix: app says unlicensed
Fix license activation when desktop or the web app does not recognize your plan.
Most license issues come from using two different emails, or from skipping the trial.
Steps
- Open Account at finipher.com.
- Note the email and confirm a trial or plan is active.
- On the desktop app, sign out, then sign in with that exact email.
- On the web, open App. If you land back on Account, finish checkout.
- Open Settings and check the license.
Warning
Guest does not activate a paid license.
You'll know it worked when
Settings shows your email and an active license, and the workbench opens.
If this doesn't work
Email [email protected] with the website email and the email shown in the app.
