Lost phone

Sign out Full Mode or revoke a Companion phone you no longer trust.

Revoke or sign out when you lose a phone, replace it, or no longer trust it.

Companion Mode

1. Open Finipher on your Mac or Windows PC.
2. Go to Settings → Companion phone.
3. Find the lost phone in Paired devices.
4. Choose Revoke.
5. Pair a new phone only when you are ready.

Full Mode

1. Change your Finipher password on Account.
2. On a replacement phone, sign in and choose This phone on its own.
3. Use Delete data on the new phone only if you want that device’s cache cleared — it does not unpair a computer.

Warning

Revoking stops new Companion syncs. It cannot erase information someone already saw while the phone was unlocked.

You'll know it worked when

The old Companion phone disappears from Paired devices, or the old Full Mode session can no longer open your account.
