Optional bank link
Link a bank on Personal Pro with Plaid. Upload remains the main path.
PDF upload is the default. Bank linking is optional on Personal Pro. It buys freshness, not a different workbench.
Steps
- Use Upload for statements you already have.
- Open Accounts if you want to link a bank.
- Choose Connect with Plaid and finish the bank’s screen.
- After Link, say whether each account is yours, a partner’s, or joint when the app asks.
- Revoke the connection when you no longer want it.
Where the link lives
On Local Mode, the connection stays on this computer. On Finipher Private Cloud, the same linked banks appear on web, desktop Cloud, and phone Full Mode. Tokens are never stored on the public website database.
You'll know it worked when
Accounts lists the institution, or confirms you are using uploads only.
If this doesn't work
Continue with PDF upload. If a login needs reconnect, open Accounts and relink that item only.
