What Finipher is
A private workbench for your statements, with Personal, Small Business, household, and tax packet.
Finipher is financial document intelligence. You add statements. It reads them. You review the findings against the original page.
What you can do
- Upload PDFs, photos, or CSV files — or link a bank on Personal Pro.
- Click Process Documents. Nothing is sent to Private Cloud or an organization until you do.
- Review Dashboard, Needs you first, Actions, Spending, and Timeline.
- Open Tax packet in January through April to collect forms and download a ZIP for your preparer.
- Invite one other adult on Personal Pro to a Household.
- Open a Small Business workspace when the documents belong to a business, not you.
Where the reading happens
Local Mode (On this device) keeps documents and the Finipher engine on your Mac or Windows PC.
Finipher Private Cloud reads documents on Finipher’s private service. Use it from the web app, the desktop app, or the phone on its own.
Organization reads documents on a Finipher service your workplace runs. That organization can open those files.
What the website stores
The website stores your account, email, Stripe billing, license, and installer download access. It does not store statement PDFs for Local Mode.
What this is not
Finipher is paid beta software. It is not financial, tax, or legal advice. Check the source page before you act on a number.
You'll know it worked when
You can open a finding, tap the amount, and see the statement page it came from.

Start with one recent PDF in Personal. If the workbench is empty, see Fix: empty dashboard.
