Settings and license
Check location, engine health, license, companion phone, and Delete data.
Settings is where you confirm Finipher is licensed and where files are being read.
Steps
- Open Settings.
- Check the account email against finipher.com.
- Check Where documents are analyzed — Local Mode, Finipher Private Cloud, or an organization.
- On Local Mode, check engine health and model status.
- Use Companion phone only if you want the computer to pair with a phone.
- Use Delete data only when you mean to empty this workspace. See Delete data.
Privacy
The license proves paid access. It does not upload Local Mode PDFs to the website.
You'll know it worked when
Settings shows your email, the correct location, and an active license.
If this doesn't work
Sign out and sign back in with the website email. Use Fix: app says unlicensed if activation still fails.
