Phone sync and repair

Refresh Full Mode results or repair Companion pairing.

Use Sync when the phone looks stale or empty.

Full Mode

1. Open Today.
2. Tap Sync to refresh findings from Finipher Private Cloud or your organization.
3. If a send failed, open Processing and tap Retry.

The computer is not required.

Companion Mode

1. Open Sync and check Last synced.
2. Tap Sync now.
3. If sync fails, open Finipher on your computer.
4. Check Settings → Companion phone.
5. Re-pair if needed.

The computer is the source of truth. It must process documents before the phone has new Companion results.

You'll know it worked when

The phone shows a recent sync time and refreshed Today, Actions, Spending, and Library.

If this doesn't work

Use Fix: phone empty or wrong account and confirm both devices use the same email.
